Solutions Manager 80K $ fixed + 30K $ bonus

Job Purpose:

The Solution Manager will be responsible for providing in depth specific industry knowledge, consulting recommendations, industry specific presentations, and will manage client and customer solution designs and concept development for the industry solutions and services.

The consultant will evaluate the technical needs of the customer, develop and implement sales strategy in their assigned region, customer base, or industry vertical.

Company's Expectation of Position:

You will work very closely with Client Executives, Industry Sales and Professional Services to provide a wide range of innovative solutions for the customer organizations. This position will be responsible to ensure successful presentation of our solutions and services and the pre-sales design, development, and pre-sales transitions of proposals to implementations. You will provide the support necessary to complete and win customer technical evaluation and achieve sales revenue goals.


1. 5+ years experience in a sales consultant or support position in the software or E-Commerce industries. Minimum 5 years experience with relevant computer applications and development tools.

2. Familiarity with the channel interaction solutions, workflow re-engineering techniques, e-commerce, and web based customer solutions will be extremely helpful. Experience in creating or working with cross-functional teams for proposal and content creation is essential. Practical understanding and knowledge of system and application design.

3. Strong project management and technical skills.

4. Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results and take initiative to undertake individual and team projects.

5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve results.


1. Develop and deliver high quality customer oriented solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

2. Design, validate and present our services and solutions including design concepts, value assessments, technical designs and overviews and application interface models for integration into customer back office technologies.

3. Act as expert on competitive products and our relative strengths for Sales and Marketing department staff. Assist in the development of technical and business talents of junior staff.
